We are seeking a full-time, remote Human Resources Coordinator to support and enhance the company’s HR functions. In this role, you will manage daily HR activities, ensure smooth benefits administration, support employee relations, assist in the implementation of HR policies, and provide guidance on HR procedures to both staff and management. You will contribute to fostering a positive and inclusive work culture while ensuring compliance with organizational and legal standards.

Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to oversee diverse HR functions effectively

Skills in Employee Relations, with the ability to address workplace concerns and foster a positive, inclusive work environment

Strong knowledge of HR Policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with legal and organizational standards

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred

Prior experience in a remote work environment is a plus
