Job Description

Lead. Build. Scale Operational Excellence.

We are looking for a Group Product Manager to take ownership of key operational platforms across Post-Order, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and Inventory Management. This role is focused on building and optimizing systems that power order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and warehouse efficiency at scale.

You will play a critical role in shaping how orders move through the system after purchase—ensuring speed, accuracy, and reliability across the entire fulfillment lifecycle. Working closely with engineering and operations teams, you will drive product initiatives that improve performance, reduce inefficiencies, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for post-order, supply chain, warehouse, and inventory systems.
  • Own the full product lifecycle, from problem discovery and requirement gathering to delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Logistics teams to build scalable and efficient solutions.
  • Improve core operational metrics such as order processing time, fulfillment efficiency, inventory accuracy, and warehouse throughput.
  • Convert business and operational needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational priorities.
  • Leverage data and performance metrics to identify gaps, optimize workflows, and drive decision-making.
  • Lead testing cycles, stakeholder reviews, and product releases to ensure smooth implementation and adoption.
  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and process inefficiencies, and implement solutions to address them.
  • Take ownership of product performance and continuously enhance system capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 8–12 years of experience in Product Management, with a strong focus on backend or operational systems.
  • Hands-on experience with Post-Order processes, Supply Chain systems, WMS, and Inventory Management platforms.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycles.
  • Experience working on large-scale systems in e-commerce, logistics, or similar environments.
  • Solid understanding of warehouse operations, fulfillment workflows, and inventory control.
  • Data-driven approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong communication and prioritization skills.
