The Role

We're looking for a creative and motivated

Digital Marketing Assistant

to support social media and content delivery for one of our clients. This is a hands-on role ideal for a recent graduate who wants real agency experience working across live client accounts.

Hours:

60 hours per month | Part-Time | Contract

Compensation

$15 – $20 per hour

Eligibility:

Open to fresh graduates with a valid Canadian work permit

What You'll Do

• Create and schedule social media content across

Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn

• Design graphics and visuals using

Canva

• Write engaging captions, posts, and short-form copy aligned with client brand guidelines
• Assist with updating content on

WordPress

• Support basic blog formatting and publishing
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule using scheduling tools
• Assist with organizing photo and video assets

What We're Looking For

• Recent graduate in

Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field

• Comfortable with

Canva

and

WordPress

• Strong written English — clear, professional, and on-brand
• Organised, self-directed, and able to work independently in a remote setting
• Eager to learn in a fast-paced agency environment
• Valid Canadian work permit required

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar)
• Basic video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, or similar)
• Interest or experience in B2B content
