WE’RE HIRING: APPOINTMENT SETTERS & COLD CALLERS

Remote | Full-Time | Monday–Friday (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Sydney Time)

We work with a wide range of industries including real estate, finance, solar, beauty, and hospitality. Our mission is to help service businesses scale through innovative marketing solutions.

What You Will Do:

• Make outbound cold calls to potential clients
• Introduce our brand and services in a clear and compelling way
• Qualify leads based on their business needs
• Schedule high-quality appointments for the sales team
• Maintain accurate CRM records
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth follow-ups

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Experience working with Australian and/or US clients
• Confidence in cold calling and objection handling
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build quick rapport
• Proven record of meeting KPIs
• High energy, self-motivation, and a results-driven mindset
• Fluent and confident English communication is mandatory—no exceptions.
