About the Role

As the Creative Graphic Designer , you will:

~Design compelling visuals for digital platforms, social media, presentations, and client-facing materials

~Create motion graphics, animations, and short-form video content that engage and captivate audiences

~Develop multiple versions of content adapted for different platforms and audience segments

~Collaborate with leadership, marketing, and product teams to bring creative briefs to life

~Maintain brand consistency across all design touchpoints and deliverables

~Manage multiple design tasks simultaneously while delivering high-quality output on time

~Organize and maintain design asset libraries, templates, and brand guidelines

~Continuously improve design workflows and contribute fresh creative ideas

Who You Are

~1+ year of experience in Graphic Design or a related creative role

~ Strong design sense with a passion for visual storytelling and creativity

~ Skilled in creating engaging content across digital and print formats

~ Detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple projects without compromising quality

~ Comfortable receiving feedback, iterating quickly, and delivering polished results

️ What You Bring

Must Haves

Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop for photo editing, compositing, and visual design

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator for vector-based design, illustrations, and branding assets

Experience with After Effects for motion graphics, animations, and dynamic content

Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing and basic post-production A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, design thinking, and visual impact

Ability to create content across multiple formats — static, motion, video, and print

Preferred Haves

Experience with Figma for UI/UX design, prototyping, and collaborative design workflows

Familiarity with B2B or corporate branding and design for global audiences

Exposure to AI-powered design tools (e.g., Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney)
