Framing Carpenter – Tenant Improvement (TI Project)

We are seeking an experienced Framing Carpenter for commercial Tenant Improvement (TI) work in Santa Monica. This project involves interior build‑outs within commercial spaces such as offices and retail environments. The ideal candidate has strong framing skills, works efficiently from plans, and understands the pace and coordination required on TI projects.

Metal stud framing for interior commercial TI build‑outs

Install blocking and backing for drywall and finishes

Coordinate with other trades and site supervision

Maintain job site safety and organization

Minimum 3 years of framing experience (commercial TI preferred)

Strong metal stud framing experience required

Proficient with framing hand and power tools

Must be able to work full shifts on-site

Previous office, retail, or restaurant TI experience

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Bellevue, WA.
