Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mental Health Specialist based in Indore. The Mental Health Specialist will provide support to clients by conducting mental health assessments, delivering therapeutic interventions, managing cases, and collaborating with other professionals to create effective care plans. Additional responsibilities include offering crisis intervention, implementing evidence-based practices, and maintaining comprehensive client records.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Mental Health Care and Mental Health practices
• Strong understanding of Psychology and its practical applications
• Experience in Case Management and coordinating care services
• Proficiency in providing Crisis Intervention and support during emergencies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Master’s degree (or higher) in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
• Relevant licensure or certification in mental health or counseling is preferred
• Prior work experience in mental health settings is an advantage
