Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Mental Health Specialist. The role involves conducting mental health assessments, offering psychological support, and providing crisis intervention services. The Mental Health Specialist will also deliver case management services tailored to client needs, ensuring comprehensive mental health care. The candidate is expected to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and support clients in navigating their mental health challenges.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in Mental Health Care and Mental Health practices
• Expertise in Psychology and related therapeutic approaches
• Proficiency in Case Management to support individualized client care plans
• Skills in Crisis Intervention to handle emergency situations effectively
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
• Master’s degree in Psychology, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, or a related field
• Licensure or eligibility for licensure as a mental health professional is preferred
