Concession / Bar Lead – Job Posting Summary

Position Overview The Concession/Bar Lead supports daily operations by guiding staff, maintaining smooth service flow, and ensuring a positive guest experience. This role helps with shift coordination, product management, and basic reporting tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and guide team members during service
• Assist with opening, closing, and restocking
• Maintain clean, organized work areas
• Provide friendly, efficient guest service
• Monitor product levels and communicate needs
• Support basic cash handling and reporting procedures

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stay organized in fast-paced environments
• Comfortable standing for extended periods
