Technical Analyst – Desktop Infrastructure, Endpoint Services
Contract duration: 6 month contract to start
Hybrid Model: Mississauga, 3 days a week on site at their office, some travel to the downtown
Interview process: 2 rounds, in person (first round must be completed this week)
Main Deliverables
- Maintain and optimize enterprise desktop environments and endpoint infrastructure
- Ensure secure, stable, and scalable endpoint services across the organization
- Provide advanced support for desktop platforms, device management, and patching systems
Technical Stack
- Windows 10/11, macOS
- Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), SCCM / MECM
- Active Directory, Azure AD (Entra ID)
- Group Policy (GPO), PowerShell scripting
- Endpoint security tools (Defender, antivirus, EDR solutions)
- Virtual desktop environments (VDI, Citrix, VMware Horizon)
- Software deployment and patch management systems
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with enterprise endpoint management (Intune, SCCM/MECM)
