Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is vital in ensuring exceptional client experiences, managing accounts, and supporting sales and marketing initiatives within our organization. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your analysis skills and customer relationship management abilities will directly contribute to the company's success.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders, confirmations, and changes in the ERP system.
  • Communicate order status, shipment details, and product availability to customers.
  • Maintain customer files, pricing updates, and documentation records.
  • Coordinate with Production Planning to verify lead times and production schedules.
  • Assist QA and Regulatory teams by sending product specifications, COAs, allergen statements, and certificates upon request.
  • Support complaint intake and documentation, ensuring proper routing to QA or Operations.
  • Track and follow up on open orders, backorders, and pending customer requests.
  • Assist with new product setup, packaging updates, and artwork routing
  • Provide general administrative support to the Customer Service team.

Qualifications

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
  • Analytical mindset with strong analysis skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • Strong data entry accuracy and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems is an assst
  • • Knowledge of marketing strategies and customer relationship management best practices
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
