Job Description
Job Title: DCO
Duration: 6-month contract (potential extension/conversion)
Location: Chantilly, VA (Onsite)
Pay Range: $20 - $24/hr
Day to Day:
- Provides support to end users on a variety of issues. Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems. Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support.
- Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution.
- May require an associate’s degree in a related area and 0-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices and procedures within a particular field.
- Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision.
- Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
Must-Haves:
- 0-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area
- Experience working on driver repairs/dry-work/break-fix
- Basic familiarity with computer hardware
- Understands Clients Leadership Principals
- Lift up to 40lbs
Nice to Have
- CompTIA A+ & Network+ Certification
- Data center experience.
Education/Certifications:
- Associate’s degree in a related field.
