Role Overview
You will be part of a centralized UX team that defines and delivers reusable UI components and standards. These components are consumed by 120+ applications, helping enforce consistency, accessibility, and best practices across the organization.
The focus is 100% front-end (Angular), with minimal backend exposure.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain reusable Angular components for a shared UI library
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to implement high-quality designs
- Define and enforce UI standards and best practices across applications
- Build responsive, accessible, and scalable UI components
- Apply advanced CSS techniques (Flexbox, Grid, theming)
- Ensure WCAG accessibility compliance
- Document component usage and integration guidelines
- Package and publish the component library (Artifactory) with proper versioning
- Work with CI/CD pipelines for build, test, and deployment automation
- Perform cross-browser and cross-device testing
- Troubleshoot UI issues and support application teams using the library
- Participate in code reviews using Bitbucket
Must-Have Skills
- 3–5 years of front-end development experience
- Strong expertise in Angular (latest versions – Angular 16+)
- Experience building or contributing to UI component libraries / design systems
- Solid understanding of modern UI standards and front-end architecture
- Strong CSS skills (Flexbox, Grid, responsive design, theming)
- Exposure to UX/UI principles and implementation
- Good communication and collaboration skills
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with React
- Exposure to Spring Boot (basic support / deployments)
- Experience with UI testing / automation (any tools – visual, component, etc.)
Pay Rate: $50-60/Hr
