Daily Responsibilities:
Describe a typical ‘day in the life’
Performs front-line client services, including answering questions from custodian banks, brokers, investors and/or customers.
Must-have Skills/Experiences and/or Education, certifications, qualifications, designations:
- College diploma in accounting, business or finance
- 1-4 years customer service experience
- Experience in data entry
- Experience dealing with clients by phone, resolving issues and explaining services
- Bilingual in English and French
Nice-to-have Skills/Experience and/or Education, certifications, qualifications, designations:
- Experience in financial services industry is an asset
- Advanced user proficiency with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, spreadsheet/financial accounting skills, and any other related accounting software is an asset
- Knowledge of financial systems and associated procedures is an asset

The expected base salary range for this position is $20 – $21 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and internal equity.
