Role Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented HOA Accounting Executive to support accounting and invoice processing activities for US-based Homeowners Association (HOA) clients. The role focuses on accuracy, compliance, and timely processing while working closely with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Process invoices accurately
- Perform basic GL review and reconciliations
- Review invoices for completeness and correctness
- Coordinate with internal reviewers and supervisors
- Maintain proper documentation and file organization
- Support month-end and reporting activities as required
- Ability to meet daily deadlines
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
- Experience: 2–3 years (US accounting / AP experience preferred)
- Good written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Advanced MS Excel skills including V lookups and pivot tables
- Accounts Receivable and Payable management with advance knowledge
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to US accounting environment
- Experience with AP and AR Process
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as Aderant, excel etc.
- Prior experience working with US clients
Work Expectations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to work in US time zones
- Comfortable working in a process-driven environment
- Prior Experience in bookkeeping, reconciliations & Payroll
