Assistant Vice President/Deputy Vice President - Structured Finance

As a Relationship Manager aligned with the Syndication Desk in the Capital Markets sector, your role involves structuring and managing the distribution of financial instruments, primarily loans and securities, among multiple investors and institutions. Your responsibilities include:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with Debt Capital Market (DCM) desks of banks, private equity funds, and other NBFCs to facilitate deal flow and syndication opportunities.
• Evaluating loan proposals through detailed financial analysis and preparing presentations for internal management review and decision-making.
• Overseeing and periodically reviewing the performance of syndicated loan portfolios to ensure compliance, risk mitigation, and timely reporting.
