About the Role

We are a growing web development business specializing in modern website creation, complete website redesigns, and custom digital solutions for small-to-medium businesses. We handle all the technical heavy lifting, coding, and design - we need a driven hunter to find prospects and close the deals.

As a Remote Sales Representative, you will be responsible for sourcing your own leads, identifying local businesses with outdated online presences, and connecting with decision-makers who need a high-performing website. While we will share internal leads as they come in, success in this role requires proactive prospecting and outbound lead generation.

Compensation Breakdown (How You Get Paid)

This position is 100% commission-based. You will earn a competitive, predetermined percentage of every contract you successfully source and close.

  • Commission Rate: 20% of the total project value.
  • Example Payout: If you identify a prospect, pitch them, and close a standard business website package valued at $3,500, you take home $700 on that single deal.
  • Uncapped Structure: There are no limits on how many accounts you can source or how much you can earn.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Actively scout, research, and build your own pipeline of potential B2B clients (e.g., targeting businesses with non-mobile-friendly or outdated websites).

Job Requirements

We do not require complex degrees or deep technical coding knowledge - we will train you on our web packages. However, you must have:

  • Hardware: A reliable computer or laptop and a stable, high-speed internet connection.
  • Prospecting Skills: The ability to independently research local markets and find businesses that are a good fit for a redesign.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; confidence pitching to business owners and decision-makers over the phone, email, or video call.
  • Resilience & Drive: A thick skin for handling cold outreach rejection and a self-motivated mindset to consistently hunt for new business.
