The primary focus of your role will be to deliver our savory items in a secure and prompt manner to ensure customer satisfaction. Your daily activities will include gathering and distributing our goods from storage locations designated by our retail partners along your daily delivery route. You will also be required to collect and inspect any items set aside for return to the sales center. This position is ideal for individuals seeking a thriving, dependable company that provides a local delivery network.
Responsibilities include:
- Driving from one place to another, mainly from the Sales Center to customer sites on the route, demands strict adherence to safety protocols at all times.
- With the purpose of resupplying customer inventories, ensure that all store deliveries are conducted safely, efficiently, and in a productive manner.
- Conduct an inventory inspection of the delivered items, along with the warehouse/backroom manager to compare it with the invoiced quantity.
- Authenticate the accuracy of the truck inventory against the load-out report.
- Organizes the storage space to include back rooms or stock areas that are safely and conveniently reachable.
- Take and bring back pallets, shells, and designated items during each delivery stop.
Requirements
- To be eligible, contestants must be 21 years old or older
- Having a valid Class A CDL license is an absolute necessity for this role
- A driving record that meets the criteria set forth in Swires' vehicle policy is necessary to be in compliance
- Availability to work unconventional hours which may include weekends, evenings and public holidays in line with the business's operational needs
- Demonstrating the ability to hoist objects up to 50 pounds in weight
