Job Overview:

The Seasonal Automated Warehouse Package Handler is responsible for completing customer orders. They do so by taking necessary items and quantities as mentioned on a pick ticket or a computer screen. Upon taking these items, they place them on a designated conveyor or pallet. Their performance must meet the company's regulations with due consideration for safety, accuracy, and efficiency.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the selection and handling of items in an automated environment involves using sophisticated machinery, software applications, and computers while following CCCI's established safety policies and procedures. Your multi-tasking skills, coupled with a quick decision-making ability, are invaluable in such a noisy and demanding environment.
• Facilitates reliable warehouse procedures through team collaboration.
• Exhibits versatility in adjusting to the requirements of the role by staying informed about the different work sections within the facility and satisfying the minimum performance criteria of each section, including but not limited to, HQS, Semi-Automated Lanes, Flow Rack, and Pallet Pick.
• Ensuring that the warehouse functions without complications, you will assist in maintaining a hygienic environment by keeping your workstation free from refuse and clutter, mopping up any drips or spills that occur, and following the waste management and recycling practices as required.
• Adheres to secure, accurate, and proficient protocols to regulate warehouse inventory and prevent shrinkage from exceeding acceptable levels.
• To keep a warehouse running efficiently in a constantly changing environment, performs miscellaneous tasks as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• The experience gathered within the first three years of work.
