Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

Clinic Marketing is hiring a Framer Developer to own the front-end execution of websites for our clinic clients across the health and wellness industry. You'll build conversion-focused sites in Framer using our pre-built template system and CMS architecture, working directly with the founder to ship fast and iterate based on real client feedback. Our clinic clients include acupuncture practices, physiotherapy studios, wellness centers, and independent practitioners (all of whom need websites that rank, convert, and book real appointments). This role starts on a contract basis at $30 to $40 CAD per hour, with a clear growth path to part-time (20 hours per week at approximately $3,500 CAD per month and more) and, for proven performers, eventually to full-time. Remote-first, with a Vancouver bonus for occasional in-person collaboration, and built for builders who ship instead of slow-rolling.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and iterate clinic client websites in Framer using our internal template system
  • Implement Framer CMS architecture, including practitioner pages, treatment pages, blog collections, and dynamic page generation
  • Translate UI/UX design specs from Figma or Framer into pixel-clean, fully responsive live builds
  • Apply on-page SEO best practices, including title tags, meta descriptions, and structured data (JSON-LD)
  • Set up and maintain Google Search Console and basic analytics tracking for each client site
  • Maintain consistency with each clinic client's brand guidelines and design system
  • Own delivery timelines and proactively communicate blockers before they slip
  • Iterate quickly on live sites based on client feedback and performance data
  • Collaborate directly with the founder and marketing team via async-first workflows
  • Quality-check every site for responsiveness, page speed, and conversion best practices before launch

SKILLS

  • Framer expertise (CMS, components, responsive design, animations)
  • Strong UI/UX design sense and visual taste
  • On-page SEO fundamentals (meta tags, structured data, Google Search Console)
  • Conversion rate optimization and landing page best practices
  • Information Architecture, copywriting, and design system proficiency and fluency
  • Responsive web design across desktop, tablet, and mobile
  • Time management and ability to ship work under tight deadlines
  • Clear, proactive async communication for remote collaboration
  • Basic JavaScript or React for custom Framer components (a plus)
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics or GA4 (a plus)

Pay: $49,335.72-$106,104.88 per year
