Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and enhance Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development, integrations, authentication frameworks, and engineering best practices. This role requires expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and enterprise integrations, along with the ability to mentor junior team members and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop scalable Salesforce solutions using LWC, Aura, Apex, and Salesforce APIs
• Build and maintain triggers, batch classes, schedulers, test classes, and reusable components
• Implement integrations using middleware (Blaze), REST/SOAP services, and secure authentication frameworks (SSO, OAuth/JWT, certificates)
• Support Lightning Out and external application hosting requirements
• Integrate DocuSign or similar tools for document generation and workflow automation
• Apply SOLID principles, clean code practices, and ensure code quality using SonarQube
• Work with Agile tools such as OKTA, Rally, ServiceNow, and follow SDLC best practices
• Collaborate with architects, business teams, and external partners for solution design
• Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews
• Ensure adherence to release management and deployment processes

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Aura, SOQL, and Salesforce development
• Experience with integration patterns and middleware-based integrations
• Knowledge of enterprise authentication methods (SSO, OAuth, JWT, certificates)
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Git-based workflows, and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with VS Code, SonarQube, OKTA, and related delivery tools
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
• Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments

• JavaScript Developer I
• Integration Architect (Preferred)
• Experience in Financial Services, Payments, Partner Onboarding, or Clearing & Settlements domain
