Facilities Manager - Residential

The candidate is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, safety, and efficiency of residential Township properties. The role ensures that all building systems function optimally while delivering a high-quality experience to tenants and owners.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Maintenance

• Manage day-to-day facility operations across assigned properties
• Monitoring maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems
• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules
• Ensure minimal downtime of critical building systems

Vendor & Contract Management

• Manage third-party vendors (housekeeping, security, technical services)

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure compliance with local laws, fire safety regulations, and building codes
• Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments
• Implement emergency response procedures

Tenant & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for tenants and owners
• Address complaints and resolve issues promptly
• Ensure high levels of tenant satisfaction and retention

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain records of maintenance, incidents, and compliance.

Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferred: BSc in Hospitality / Facility Management)

Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in residential township/society management
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
