Job Description
The candidate is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, safety, and efficiency of residential Township properties. The role ensures that all building systems function optimally while delivering a high-quality experience to tenants and owners.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Maintenance
- Manage day-to-day facility operations across assigned properties
- Monitoring maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems
- Implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules
- Ensure minimal downtime of critical building systems
Vendor & Contract Management
- Manage third-party vendors (housekeeping, security, technical services)
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with local laws, fire safety regulations, and building codes
- Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments
- Implement emergency response procedures
Tenant & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for tenants and owners
- Address complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Ensure high levels of tenant satisfaction and retention
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain records of maintenance, incidents, and compliance.
Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferred: BSc in Hospitality / Facility Management)
Experience
- 2-5 years of experience in residential township/society management
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
