Front Desk / Sales Representative

City Storage Group – London, Ontario

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Front Desk / Sales Representative who will bring energy, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping customers. Role Overview

As the first point of contact, you play a key role in shaping the customer experience. You will assist customers with their storage needs, drive sales opportunities, and ensure our locations operate smoothly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Great and assist customers with storage inquiries and merchandise sales
  • Answer inbound calls and convert inquiries into rentals
  • Identify opportunities to upsell services and products where appropriate
  • Delivering a high level of customer service that reflects our brand standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and facility
  • Respond to emails, phone calls, and general inquiries promptly
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Assist with general facility upkeep and special projects as needed

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Secondary School Diploma (required)
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service with sales experience (required)
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required)
  • Ability to travel between multiple locations in London, Ontario
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Strong common sense and problem-solving ability

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (subject to change)
  • Saturday’s : 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (subject to change)

Compensation & Benefits

  • $21.00/hour
  • Full-time and part-time opportunities available
  • Health Spending Account (full-time employees only)
