As Sr. Lead Brand Partnerships & Strategy at Chtrbox, you’ll own the narrative with brands, unlock new revenue opportunities, and shape how some of the most exciting campaigns come to life in today’s creator economy.

What You’ll Own:

• Drive new business by onboarding high-potential brands across categories
• Expand existing partnerships through sharp, insight-led growth strategies
• Develop sales outreach plans and represent the company at industry events
• Create proposals, presentations, and share project estimates with clients
• Craft compelling, high-level campaign strategies that win pitches and build long-term brand trust
• Lead and elevate a team, setting the bar for strategic thinking and client excellence
• Act as a strategic partner to clients, bringing them ideas, not just solutions
• Spot trends early and translate them into opportunities for brands to stay culturally relevant
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and execution

What Comes in Handy

• 6+ years of experience in brand sales and solutions within the influencer marketing ecosystem
• A strong track record of winning new brand logos and growing high value accounts
• Deep understanding of how brands, creators, and culture intersect
• Exceptional stakeholder management and storytelling ability
• Strategic thinker with good analytical skills
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and pitching skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Experience leading teams and building high-performance cultures
