In-Person Sales Representative (Short-Term Rental Agency)

Check-IN is a growing short-term rental management company helping property owners increase their income through professional Airbnb/STR management. We handle everything from guest communication to pricing optimization and operations—allowing owners to earn more, stress-free.

Role Overview: (THIS IS A CASUAL POSITION) $20/hr + $300/closed deal

We’re looking for a confident, experienced sales professional to meet property owners in person and present our services. We Provide the leads you close the deal! This role is ideal for someone who enjoys face-to-face selling, building trust quickly, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet prospective clients in person (property owners)
• Clearly present Check-In.ca’s services and value
• Understand client needs and tailor your pitch accordingly
• Handle objections and guide clients toward signing
• Provide brief reports after each meeting
• Maintain a professional and polished presence

Requirements (Must-Have):

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience (in-person sales preferred)
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Comfortable leading conversations and asking for the sale
• Self-driven and reliable
• Access to a vehicle for local travel

Nice to Have

• Experience in real estate, property management, or hospitality
• Familiarity with Airbnb or short-term rentals

Schedule:

• Flexible, based on booked appointments
