As a Recruiter at our company, your role will involve partnering with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand staffing needs across sales and technical departments. You will be responsible for developing and executing targeted sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. Additionally, you will draft job descriptions tailored to the role and department needs, and build a diverse talent pipeline of both passive and active candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand current and future staffing needs across sales and technical departments.
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to attract qualified candidates.
- Draft compelling and inclusive job descriptions tailored to the role and department needs.
- Build and manage a diverse talent pipeline of both passive and active candidates.
In terms of end-to-end recruiting, you will be responsible for screening resumes, conducting initial phone interviews, evaluating candidate qualifications and cultural fit, scheduling and coordinating interviews, managing candidate communication, interview feedback, and preparing offer letters in collaboration with HR and hiring managers.
Collaboration and providing an excellent candidate experience are key aspects of this role. You will maintain close communication with internal stakeholders, provide timely hiring updates, and collaborate with HR for smooth onboarding coordination and pre-hire documentation.
Qualifications Required:
- Master's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably in both sales and technical hiring.
- Proficiency in sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, niche job boards).
- Familiarity with ATS (preferably CEIPAL) and HR tools.
- Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience recruiting for a staffing or IT services firm.
- Knowledge of U.S. hiring practices, visa types, and compliance guidelines.
- Exposure to DEI initiatives in recruiting and talent strategy.
