Our client is seeking an Asset Manager / Financial Analyst to support all aspects of real estate investment activities, including acquisitions, dispositions, asset management, leasing, and development. This highly collaborative role works directly with ownership, the CEO, President, and CFO, offering meaningful exposure to deal execution and portfolio strategy with a clear path to growth into a senior asset management role.

What You'll Do as the Asset Manager/Financial Analyst
- Build and update cash flow and valuation models

- Update and manage portfolio cash flows
- Support leasing analyses and negotiations
- Work with lenders and financing partners
- Interface regularly with ownership, leadership, leasing, accounting, and external partners
