About The Company And The Project Accountant Opportunity
- CFS is partnering with a non-profit organization that is dedicated to supporting communities by providing resources, programs, and assistance that improve quality of life and foster long-term stability.
- Due to a project, they are looking to bring on a Project Accountant.
- Schedule: part-time (1 week could be 20 hours a week and others could be 5-10 hours a week) - flexible - during regular business hours

Overview Of The Project Accountant Role
- Construction draws - working with Project Managers and lenders for documentation, working with accounting team on invoices, and performing reconciliations
- Ad hoc reporting and projects
Qualifications For The Project Accountant
- 5+ years of real estate/construction draw experience
- Accounting, Finance, or related degree is a plus
- Proficient in Excel
- Experience in Sage Intacct and bill.com is a plus
