Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Representative – Security Services, based in the Greater Edmonton Metropolitan Area. The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The role includes conducting market research, preparing and delivering presentations to potential clients, and working with internal teams to create customized security solutions. Additionally, the candidate will actively manage the sales pipeline and ensure customer satisfaction through continuous communication and follow-up.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in sales, negotiation, and client relationship management
• Ability to conduct market research, develop strategies, and present compelling proposals
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
• Experience in security services or a related industry is an advantage
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Greater Edmonton area
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
