Cella by Randstad Digital is seeking a highly skilled Freelance Video Editor & Animator to partner with a key client on a rolling freelance basis. In this role, you will elevate internal-facing communications by turning raw concepts, training modules, and corporate data into engaging, high-quality visual content.

This is an ongoing freelance relationship perfect for a self-sufficient professional who excels at mixing video editing with clean, modern motion graphics to make complex ideas simple.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Production: Combine video editing, 2D animation, and kinetic typography to produce internal corporate presentations, product demos, and employee training videos.
• Simulations & Walkthroughs: Develop "how-to" simulation videos that visually demonstrate product interfaces, software platforms, or internal workflows.
• Brand Fidelity: Strictly adhere to the client's established corporate brand guidelines, ensuring a consistent visual identity across all assets.
• Consultative Communication: Actively participate in briefing calls, asking the right questions upfront to clarify ambiguity and ensure alignment before production begins.
• Iterative Polish: Implement feedback efficiently from internal stakeholders through to final sign-off.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Proven portfolio demonstrating strong capabilities in both video editing and motion graphics/animation (ideally within a corporate, tech, or agency environment).
• Technical Setup: Access to your own professional-grade workstation and industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Cinema 4D).
• Availability: Flexible daytime availability to accommodate briefing and feedback loops with the client.
• SLA Commitment: Ability to meet tight turnarounds, with an expected SLA of 24–48 hours for standard requests (scaled appropriately based on project complexity).
• Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the confidence to proactively extract creative requirements from corporate stakeholders.
