We are looking for a creative and result-driven Property Marketing Specialist to promote real estate projects and generate quality leads. The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns to drive sales and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns for real estate projects
• Generate leads through digital marketing, social media, and offline activities
• Coordinate with sales team to improve lead conversion
• Manage online listings (portals, social media, ads)
• Create marketing content, creatives, and promotional materials
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Build brand presence in the real estate market

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in marketing / digital marketing (real estate preferred)
• Good knowledge of social media and online platforms
• Basic understanding of lead generation campaigns
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Graduation (preferred)

Eligibility

• Experience in real estate marketing preferred

• Knowledge of Facebook/Google Ads
