Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Nursing Coordinator for Home Healthcare, based in Saket. The Nursing Coordinator will oversee patient care plans, provide clinical guidance to the nursing team, and ensure adherence to established medical standards and protocols. Responsibilities will include coordinating with patients, families, and healthcare professionals, monitoring patient recovery, managing medical records, and ensuring proper resource utilization. The role also involves ensuring quality assurance and implementing improvements in patient care procedures.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Nursing, Patient Care, and Critical Care Medicine
  • Knowledge of Medicine and clinical procedures
  • Excellent Organization Skills for managing schedules, care plans, and resources
  • Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification
  • Relevant certifications in Nursing or Critical Care are a plus
  • Experience in home healthcare or related fields is highly desirable
