Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage general accounting, financial reporting, reconciliations, collections, cash reporting, and month-end close activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting knowledge, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience with NetSuite, Amazon Vendor Central,and advanced Excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries accurately and timely.
• Maintain, reconcile, and analyze General Ledger (GL) accounts.
• Prepare daily cash reports and monitor cash movements.
• Perform bank, balance sheet, and account reconciliations.
• Manage Accounts Receivable and collection activities, including follow-up on outstanding invoices and overdue balances.
• Maintain aging reports and collection records while collaborating with customers and internal teams to resolve payment issues.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, including accruals, prepayments, and adjusting entries.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses.
• Utilize NetSuite for accounting and reporting functions.
• Manage customer/vendor transactions through Amazon Vendor Central.
• Prepare reports and analyses using advanced Excel tools.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and internal controls.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
• 5+ years of accounting experience, including 3–5 years in Accounts Receivable/Collections.
• Strong understanding of General Ledger accounting, financial reporting, and reconciliations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS).
• Experience with NetSuite and Amazon Vendor Central.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.
