Senior Cloud Engineer - Azure

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead cloud platform architecture and engineering for shared capabilities across Azure, ensuring resilience, security, scalability, and recoverability.
• Define and govern Terraform frameworks, reusable modules, and lifecycle governance including testing, versioning, and deprecation.
• Architect and govern CI/CD capabilities and automation for secure, scalable platform delivery, embedding compliance and quality controls.
• Own operational health, reliability, and availability of platform services within assigned domains, including incident and problem management.
• Perform root cause analysis for major platform incidents and drive systemic improvements across teams.

Skills Required:

• 7+ years of experience in IT/engineering with significant enterprise-scale platform operations and senior engineering ownership.
• Microsoft Azure expertise across networking, compute, storage, IAM, security, monitoring, and resilience.
• Expert-level Terraform experience in complex, multi-team environments, including module design and state/lifecycle governance.
• CI/CD and automation governance using GitHub (e.g., GitHub Actions) and secure pipeline practices.
• Strong scripting and automation capability (Bash, PowerShell, Python) to support platform operations and compliance.

Good to Have:

• Cloud security architecture and policy enforcement experience.
• Applied networking expertise for enterprise connectivity and platform networking patterns.

Education: Relevant degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
