Client is an 82-year-old African-American woman with moderate dementia (not Alzheimer's). Her co-occurring medical conditions are listed below:

High blood pressure

Elevated cholesterol

Mild depression & anxiety

I am seeking a trained and experienced professional who has 7 years+ of experience working with seniors and specifically dementia. I am looking for someone who takes direction well; is very organized and reliable with great professional references. Ideal candidate needs to communicate well in English, is consistent with routines, patient, attentive to details, and flexible. I prefer someone who is trained in CPR, 1st aid and some mental health training.

Services needed include meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, medication administration and prompting; creative with activities but flexible
