Job Description
We are looking for a performance-driven Senior Digital Marketing Executive who can take full ownership of digital growth across multiple clients. This is not a content-only role — this position requires strong expertise in paid media, strategy, execution, and optimisation.
You will be responsible for handling 12+ client accounts simultaneously, ensuring campaigns are planned, executed, and optimised for results.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns from scratch
- Handle end-to-end execution:
- Strategy
- Creative direction
- Campaign setup
- Monitoring
- Optimisation
- Scaling
- Coordinate with internal teams to get high-performing creatives and videos executed
- Continuously analyse performance and optimise campaigns based on data
- Track key metrics like CPL, conversion rate, and ROI
- Identify what’s working and what’s not — and take action accordingly
- Manage multiple client accounts (minimum 10) efficiently
- Work closely with client servicing team for approvals and alignment
- Prepare and present performance reports to clients
- Execute and manage social media boosting strategies
- Work on SEO planning and implementation
- Handle email marketing campaigns
- Manage and optimise Google My Business (GMB) profiles
- Ensure proper tracking, analytics, and data accuracy across platforms
What We Are Looking For
- Strong understanding of the hotel / hospitality industry
- Expert-level knowledge in Facebook (Meta) Ads
- Solid, practical understanding of Google Ads (bread & butter execution)
- Ability to think in funnels, not just campaigns
- Strong understanding of consumer behaviour before planning campaigns
- Analytical mindset with ability to take data-driven decisions
- Ambivert personality – comfortable with both execution and communication
- Open to travel for shoots, client meetings, or campaign requirements
- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple accounts efficiently
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in digital marketing
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Must have handled ₹10L+ monthly media spends
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, funnels, and optimisation
- Experience working with multiple clients simultaneously
- Knowledge of SEO, GMB, and email marketing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to take ownership and work independently
- Experience in hospitality (hotels/resorts) is highly preferred
