Senior Associate - Investment Banking - Fund Raising/Private Equity

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute fundraising mandates ranging from USD 0.5M to USD 25M across different structures.
• Support end-to-end deal flow from onboarding to closure.
• Assist in due diligence, transaction structuring, and coordination with clients, investors, and stakeholders.
• Perform financial modeling, valuation analysis, and scenario analysis.
• Conduct market research, sector analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
• Identify and engage potential investors through various outreach strategies.
• Develop pitch decks, financial projections, and fundraising collaterals.
• Assist in improving SOPs and internal frameworks for valuation and deal execution.
• Maintain organized deal trackers, investor pipelines, and execution timelines.
