- Prepare, manage, and track yearly/monthly sales and expense budgets to optimize working capital and profitability.
- Generate daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with actionable insights.
- Lead and support strategic and product development projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Develop project reports, monitor deliverables, and ensure timely project completion within budget.
- Identify risk areas, bottlenecks, and recommend solutions.
- Oversee resource planning for smooth office operations.
- Support event planning, including trade shows, conferences, and internal team meetings.
Administrative & Financial Operations:
- Supervise the filing, storage, and retrieval of financial and corporate records.
- Facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders, including policy announcements, newsletters, and customer/vendor updates.
- Ensure team, vendors, and customers are aligned with strategic goals.
- Address customer/vendor queries and resolve escalations effectively.
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
- *Qualifications:**
- Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (CA, CPA, CFA preferred).
- 7-10 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or financial planning, preferably in global or multinational environments.
- Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and project management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, ERP systems, and financial tools.
