Internship Opportunity: CRM & Marketing Coordinator Intern (Unpaid) 🚨

📍 Remote | Part-time (Around 8 hours/week) | Start Date: May 15, 2026 | End Date: August 30, 2026

Canadian LifeCare Learning, an online education platform focused on health, wellness, and professional development programs, is seeking a CRM & Marketing Coordinator Intern to support the organization and management of email systems, CRM databases, and automated marketing communications.

✅ About the Role

This internship focuses on CRM management, email list organization, and automated marketing support systems.

You will gain hands-on experience in:

  • Managing email databases and CRM systems
  • Organizing and segmenting contacts
  • Supporting email marketing automation workflows
  • Managing consent for promotional communications
  • Maintaining clean and structured customer data

At the end of the internship, you will receive:

  • A reference letter
  • A LinkedIn recommendation

📧 What You’ll Do

  • Manage and update email lists and CRM databases
  • Organize contacts into structured categories (leads, subscribers, partners, etc.)
  • Ensure data accuracy and remove duplicates or invalid entries
  • Support the setup and maintenance of automated email marketing workflows
  • Track and document email consent for promotional communications
  • Assist in preparing segmented email lists for campaigns
  • Ensure CRM data is properly stored and updated in the company's systems
  • Support basic reporting on email list growth and engagement
