Fleet Maintenance Coordinator

*Job Title:* Fleet Maintenance Coordinator *Location:* Remote (Mohali, India) *Experience:* 3+ years *Type:* Full-Time *Requirements:*- Experience coordinating fleet maintenance (trucks/s commercial vehicles)- Knowledge of preventive maintenance schedules and compliance (FMCSA/NCSA)- Experience with fleet management software (Fleetio, Samsara, MaintainX)- Ability to manage vendor relationships and repair shops- Strong communication skills (coordinate with drivers, ops team)- Must be based in Mohali with reliable internet- EST Shift hours *Preferred:*- Cross-border logistics experience (Canada–U.S.)- Telematics platform experience (Samsara, Geotab)- English, Punjabi, Spanish and French would be a plus- Refrigerated trailer maintenance knowledge*Responsibilities:*- Develop and manage PM schedules for tractors and trailers- Coordinate with Canadian repair shops and roadside providers- Ensure compliance with Canadian and U.S. safety standards- Track DOT inspections, repair histories, DVIRs- Monitor telematics data and proactively flag maintenance needs- Manage parts inventory and maintenance costs- Generate reports on downtime and complianceApply with resume detailing relevant experience.
