We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inbound & Outbound Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling both incoming and outgoing calls and emails, engaging with prospects and customers, closing sales, and retaining existing business.

• Handle outbound/inbound calls and emails from prospective and existing customers.
• Make outbound calls to follow up on leads, generate sales opportunities, and re-engage customers.
• Present products and services effectively to identify customer needs and close sales.
• Retain customers by addressing concerns, overcoming objections, and offering suitable solutions.
• Manage customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities within the CRM system.
• Maintain accurate records of customer communications and sales activities.
• Meet or exceed individual sales, retention, Quality Assurance, and performance targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the customer journey.
• Collaborate with team members and management to achieve business goals.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, call center, retention, or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound customer interactions.
• Proven ability to overcome objections and close sales.
• Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
• Experience using CRM platforms is required; HubSpot experience is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient with email communication and standard business software.
• Reliable, professional, and self-motivated.
