About the job:

The Behavioral Therapist will provide clinical skills instruction and implement behavior reduction protocols based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis for children with Autism and related developmental disabilities in both clinic and community settings.

The Behavioral Technician will collect data on programs, assist with parent training, and support the Behavior Analyst and Pediatric Neurologist with clinical assessments as needed. Essential components of this position are outlined below but may change at the discretion of Bombay Autism Private Limited. Key Responsibilities:

1. Providing direct client care in 1:1 and group settings utilizing a combination of intensive teaching and natural environment training arrangements.

2. Following the prescribed behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols.

3. Collecting, recording, and summarizing data on observable client behavior.

4. Assisting with parent and caregiver training in line with the client's individualized treatment and behavior reduction protocols.

5. Effectively communicating with parents and caregivers regarding client progress.

6. Utilizing safe and appropriate handling procedures when working with clients.

7. Maintaining client confidentiality.

8. Assisting Lead Behavioral Technician, Behavior Analysts, and Pediatric Neurologists in preparing client materials as instructed.

9. Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment.

10. Collaborating with the treatment team, including clients, parents, caregivers, and outside professionals.

11. Maintaining and acquiring technical knowledge by attending required training.
