Job Description
Job Purpose: The Brand Strategist will be responsible for developing, executing, and maintaining Burger Farm’s brand positioning across all touch points. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, creativity, market understanding, and execution excellence to strengthen brand recall, drive customer engagement, and support business growth.
Key Responsibility:
Ø Brand Strategy & Positioning
§ Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business goals
§ Define and maintain brand positioning, tone of voice, and visual identity
§ Ensure consistency across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints
Ø Market Research & Insights
§ Conduct competitive analysis and industry benchmarking
§ Analyze consumer behavior, trends, and preferences in the QSR segment
§ Translate insights into actionable brand strategies
Ø Campaign Planning & Execution
§ Conceptualize and lead branding and marketing campaigns (online & offline)
§ Collaborate with marketing, design, and operations teams for execution
§ Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies
Ø Brand Communication & Content
§ Establish brand messaging guidelines across platforms
§ Oversee content creation for digital, social media, and in-store branding
§ Ensure consistency in all customer-facing communications
Ø Creative Development
§ Work closely with designers for logo, packaging, store branding, and creatives
§ Drive innovative branding ideas to enhance customer experience
Ø Stakeholder Collaboration
§ Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Marketing, HR, Sales)
§ Present brand strategies and reports to leadership
§ Manage vendor and agency relationships
Ø Performance Tracking
§ Track brand KPIs such as awareness, engagement, and customer retention
§ Analyze campaign ROI and brand impact
§ Prepare reports and insights for decision-making
Key Skill & Core Competencies Required:
§ Strong understanding of branding, marketing positioning, and consumer psychology
§ Strong strategic thinking with ability to translate ideas into execution
§ Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
§ Experience managing multi-location campaigns and marketing budgets
§ Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
§ Strong knowledge of ATL, BTL, and digital marketing channels
§ Expertise in social media strategy, content planning, and performance marketing
§ Ability to manage cross-functional teams, agencies, and vendors
Desired Candidate Competencies:
§ Candidates from reputed brands or large-scale organizations will be preferred
§ Experience in QSR or multi-outlet business environments will be an advantage
§ Proven track record of handling multi-city or national-level campaigns
§ Demonstrated ability to scale brand presence and drive revenue growth
§ Ability to think strategically and build brands, beyond just campaign execution
