Responsibilities

• Work efficiently across various kitchen stations, including Chip, Shake, Grill, Southwest, and Expo.
• Execute the preparation and production of all Buffalo Wild Wings food items according to established quality and presentation standards.
• Ensure proper handling, cooking, and plating of food to create legendary dining experiences for every guest.
• Adhere strictly to all health, sanitation, and food safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen area during and after shifts.
• Collaborate effectively with the rest of the Heart of House and Front of House teams to manage the flow of orders.
• Contribute to a high-energy, positive team environment.
