Our Neighborhood Approach ensures person-centered care, dignity, and connection in everything we do.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <div> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities Include:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Accurately administer routine medications (oral, topical, optic, suppository) following Broadmead policies and physician orders</li> <li>Safely monitor and document vital signs, intake/output, weights, and medication administration records</li> <li>Observe, report, and communicate resident status or changes to the charge nurse</li> <li>Provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living, including toileting, dressing, mobility, and positioning</li> <li>Make regular rounds, respond promptly to call lights, and ensure residents are prepared for appointments and daily activities</li> <li>Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment while following all infection control and safety standards</li> <li>Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to support treatments and procedures</li> <li>Support residents living with memory challenges using Broadmead’s <strong>Neighborhood Approach</strong>, including mealtime assistance, diet accuracy, and communication with dining and care teams</li> <li>Promote excellent internal customer service and uphold Broadmead’s code of conduct at all times</li> </ul> <p>If you’re passionate about resident-centered care and want to work in a supportive, inclusive environment where your contribution truly matters, <strong>Broadmead is the place for you</strong>.</p> </div> </div>
