Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end gold loan sales operations
• Perform accurate gold appraisal and valuation
• Acquire new customers and maintain relationships
• Achieve branch sales targets and portfolio growth
• Ensure compliance with company policies and KYC norms
• Manage loan disbursement and documentation

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1+ year experience in:
• Gold Loan Sales
• Gold Appraisal / Valuation
• Strong customer handling skills
• Sales-driven mindset
• Basic documentation and loan processing knowledge

Compensation & Benefits

• CTC up to:
• ₹4.5 LPA – Chennai
• ₹3.8 LPA – Hyderabad
