This individual will play a pivotal role in developing compelling proposals that showcase our capabilities and help secure new business.</p> <p><strong>Roles &amp; Responsibilities: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with technical staff to produce high-quality proposals and support complex pursuits alongside the Marketing and Business Development team.</li> <li>Write and design presentations, printed proposals, and qualification materials in response to formal and informal client solicitations.</li> <li>Lead and participate in strategy, kick off, and review meetings, incorporating win themes and storyboarding.</li> <li>Coordinate with subconsultants.</li> <li>Contribute to content development, messaging, and visual storytelling, ensuring consistency and alignment with project goals.</li> <li>Create impactful presentation materials for client meetings.</li> <li>Maintain and update marketing collateral, including project sheets and firm credentials.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Minimum Requirements: </strong></p> <ul> <li>7+ years of proposal and marketing experience in the AEC industry with a strong understanding of key industry organizations, events, and professional networks.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to develop proposal outlines, schedules, and task assignments for RFPs and RFQs.</li> <li>Track record of successfully producing and managing deadline-driven proposals, qualifications packages, and presentations.</li> <li>Effective written and verbal communication abilities with strong follow up skills.</li> <li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign), as well as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li> <li>Familiarity with local agencies (SCA, DASNY, MTA, DDC, etc.) and their RFP processes is required.</li> </ul> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><strong>Education:&nbsp;</strong>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field is required.
