As a Communication Associate for Social Impact at Brain Bristle, a not-for-profit foundation for autism and inclusion based in Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in supporting storytelling, outreach, partnerships, collaborations, and public engagement efforts. This cross-functional role requires a passion for marketing, strategy, and partnerships rooted in impactful storytelling.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Write compelling content such as articles, newsletters, impact reports, and organizational stories
- Craft copy that reflects the organization's voice: warm, informed, and human
- Document and share stories with sensitivity and care
- Manage and grow the organization's presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Plan and execute a consistent content calendar
- Create engaging posts, reels, and graphics (basic design skills a plus)
- Support outreach to potential partners, collaborators, and sponsors
- Help draft partnership proposals and follow-up communications
- Track and report on collaboration outcomes and print/press wins
- Assist in planning and promoting events, workshops, and launches
- Coordinate event communications: invites, social promotion, post-event write-ups
- Support on-the-ground execution when needed

- Recent graduate or early-career professional in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, Fine Arts, Literary Arts, or a related field
- Strong writing skills in English: clear, empathetic, and adaptable to different formats and audiences
- Complete comfort with social media platforms and basic content creation
- Organized, self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Interest in autism, neurodiversity, education, and the arts
- Collaborative spirit and willingness to pitch in wherever needed in a small team
