Job Summary
Bourgault Industries is looking for Production Team Members to join our manufacturing team in St. Brieux, SK. Bourgault Industries is a fast-paced, collaborative environment with lots of opportunity for personal and professional growth. Entry-level applicants are welcome to apply. No experience is required & training will be provided. If you are motivated, attentive to detail and enjoy hands-on work, this is the job for you!.
Responsibilities
- Following detailed procedures in the designated department
- Operating front end equipment including CNC and manual machines
- Blasting, coating, hanging and packaging parts
- Assemble products coming into assembly areas from internal and external suppliers
Required Skills/Experience
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to use power tools and read blueprints is an asset
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to work a 2-week rotating shift
- Able to perform physical work
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Willingness to learn

Wage Range
$21.50-$35.00 – Starting Wage is dependent on experience
