Roles:
We are looking for a talented and driven AI Software Developer to join our engineering team and help build the next generation of our SaaS-based EdTech platform. You will work in a spec-first software developer who can work on MERN and Python full stack using cursor or co-pilot and relate to LCNC.
Responsibilities
Spec-Driven Development:
- Read, interpret, and implement detailed feature specifications before writing any code.
- Collaborate with Product and Design to refine specs, identify ambiguities, and propose technical alternatives.
- Author or co-author Technical Design Documents (TDDs) for assigned features and system components.
- Ensure code implementation strictly conforms to the agreed specification; flag deviations proactively.
Platform Development:
- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs powering the EdTech platform.
- Develop responsive, accessible front-end modules (learner dashboard, course delivery, assessments, etc.).
- Integrate third-party services such as payment gateways, LMS connectors, video streaming, and analytics SDKs.
- Implement multi-tenancy architecture to support schools, institutions, and enterprise customers.
Requirements
- 0 -1 year of professional AI software development experience in a SaaS environment.
- Proficiency in one or more backend languages: Node.js, REACT.
- Strong front-end skills: React, Next.js, or Vue.js; solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and accessibility standards.
- Experience with RESTful API design
- Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL stores (MongoDB, Redis).
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, or Azure — serverless, containers, and managed services.
